Let’s take the humorous approach at deciding when it is time to lose the weight.
Number 5 – In order to button your pants you have to lie on the bed and perform acrobatics.
Number 4 – You have a muffin top or worse. You know that stuff that rolls over the top of your too tight pants.
Number 3 – You pretend that you are Dracula by avoiding all mirrors.
Number 2 – The size label on your shirts reads like a dirty movie rating. “XXX”
Number 1 – When doing the grocery shopping is considered vigorous cardio and heavy strength training.
