What to do when you can’t shower after your workout?
Life is crazy. Sometimes squeezing that workout in during lunch, between classes or meetings is all you have time to do. Yes, in a perfect world one would have time to shower and do ones whole typical routine after working out. However, getting that exercise in is important!
Here are a few tips for freshening up post workout without the shower:
- Always change into and out of your workout clothes
- Use a towel to blot off excess sweat as you exercise
- Tie up long hair
- Consider using hair freshening products either in spray or powder form
- Use disposable body wipes before redressing
- If your feet are a trouble spot consider using a foot deodorizer
Of course a shower is the best option for freshening up post workout. A few tips for squeezing in that shower include the following:
- Planning and packing – flip flops, clean shower towel, and shower caddy
- Double duty and travel sized products
