Easy tip 1) Watch the carbs that you eat- You should try eating carbs during the early part of your day and keep on reducing the quantity in the successive meals that you eat. This will help stop extra carbs being turned into unnecessary fat and also control the level of insulin in the body. Try to eat more of complex carbs like brown bread and brown rice. Eat a lot of fiber rich vegetables.
Easy tip 2) Keep low food portions- Try to eat food with smaller servings. Increase the frequency of your meals like taking meals at an interval of 3 hrs. You can even go for a brisk walk after your office hours are over and take the bus or train from the next stop instead of the regular stop that you use. Extra tip 4) Build muscles- Try to build muscle because muscle burns fat even when you are not active. So, the higher the muscle mass the higher the calories that will be burned.
Easy tip 5) Do not skip your meals- People feel that skipping meals helps in reducing fat but the fact is that they reduce the body’s metabolic rate and thus leads the body to store more fat. So, take your meals in time and do not skip them.
